Server Migration Complete

Our server migration is now complete and went very well with no unforeseen problems.  I have verified that everyone's information was transferred and is still in tact.  If anyone runs across anything that is missing or any other glitches, please e-mail me the details.

All of your login details will remain the same.  The only changes you may need to know are that the new IP address is 67.222.24.131 and the nameservers are now ns3.t6host.com and ns4.t6host.com.

I have already seen a slight increase in speed when viewing and/or updating information.  Hopefully, you will as well.  Also, the stability of our new server has already shown itself to me.

I will be updating the information on my website regarding the facilities that houses our new server very soon.  You will be able to view it at http://www.crimsonfuse.com/facility.html.  I will place a banner at the top stating that this is the information of our Dallas, TX server location so that you will know that it is the latest information.

Don't hesitate to call if you have any questions or concerns.  As always, thank you for your business.  We want to help you be successful in your business and this server migration is a great step forward.

Server Migration

The time has come to finalize our server migration.  I will be finishing the migration Thursday and Friday of this week.  You may find your website down for brief periods of time while the new IP addresses are propagated throughout the internet.  Please try not to do any website modifications on these two days.  If you end up needing to modify anything in your site, on SiteBuilder, or on the Plesk control panel, make sure to take notes so that you can replicate it on the new server after it has finished migrating.

All of your existing information will be migrated automatically.

This is the culmination of a long process to get us relocated onto a more stable platform.  Our new server will now be housed in a secure facility in Dallas, TX.  Thank you for your patience during this transition.

Don't hesitate to call if you have any questions or concerns.

e-mail

Upgrades are taking place which will cause the e-mail server to be suspended for periods of time today. No e-mails will be lost, just slight delays. Thank you for your patience.

Intermittent Outages

There have been intermittent outages the last few days. This is apparently due to server upgrades that are taking place on the main systems where everything is housed. Your patience is appreciated while we get this under control.

Sitebuilder

The links for Sitebuilder are working again. After the migration that our provider did, our server's IP address was changed and a Sitebuilder setting had to be modified.
